We are a local nonprofit organization devoted to advocating, stewarding, and building sustainable trails while promoting healthy, active lifestyles no matter what type of trail user you choose to be!
It is what gets us out of bed in the morning and keeps us up late at night. We believe that sustainable trails bring social, economical, and environmental benefits to the community which ultimately drives all aspects of health for our users.
That a really great trail experience, artfully, and masterfully crafted, brings joy and happiness that no other avenue can offer. That thoughtfully curated trails through nature allow users to connect to the land in a unique way. This is why we advocate, steward, and build world class trails.

Mission
We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit that advocates, stewards, and builds sustainable trails and trailheads for the health and wellness of our local communities and visitors in public and private lands that connect us to our natural and cultural resources through responsible outdoor recreation.
Vision
We envision Guahan Trail Stewards (GTS) becoming the model for sustainable trail systems on the island of Guam through governmental and private partnerships by planning, designing, constructing, and maintaining trails and trailheads while promoting health, wellness, and outdoor stewardship.
